Tutor office hours
Weekly small-group sessions with the lead tutor on each programme. Drop-in, no booking needed.
Accessibility & adjustments
Reasonable adjustments for assessments — extra time, screen readers, alternative formats. Apply via student.services@eiosh.com.
Exam re-sits
One free re-sit included on regulated qualifications (T&Cs apply). Subsequent attempts at the awarding-body fee.
Certificate replacements
Lost a certificate? Order a replacement (digital or printed) at the certificate-replacement page in the student dashboard.
Alumni network
Once you've certified, you're invited to the alumni community at /community — free, peer-led, full of senior HSE professionals.
